How do I call someone with Alpha1?

Calling is easy: Just add our 4-digit prefix to the number you want. This works for international calls and local / long distance calls.

I use KDDI (or NTT). Can I use Alpha1 too?

No problem. As long as you enter our 4-digit prefix when you call you'll be using Alpha1. (See the next question too.)

Alpha1 works with many IP phones but not with KDDI Metal Plus or NTT Hikari.
